The Good

They have a solid online service for auto insurance. Liberty Mutual’s online presence is a tad old school, but that’s somewhat expected from a standby – no flash, no tricks, just excellent auto insurance that’s easy to get a quote for, and meets your needs. Liberty Mutual’s local agents were a little far from me, the nearest one being across a river. But that’s more or less semantics – in today’s online world, local agents matter less and less, so I won’t ding them too hard here.
