Delivery, Setup, and Sleep Comfort

You will get your Ghostbed quickly (they generally ship in 24 hours, and you get it in 2-5 days). There are two options – free delivery where you unbox and setup (really simple, as these are “beds in a box” common to foam mattresses), or you can opt for White Glove delivery, setup, and removal of your old mattress for a nominal fee. The comfort level is fantastic – they aren’t kidding about the perfect level of firmness or the cooling. I’m a decent-sized guy (200+ lbs), and I felt like this had plenty of support, and yes, it really was cool.
